The 2008 Hot Pepper Crop

For those who like things a little on the spicy side, here is a look at 2008's hot pepper crop. There are 4 plants so for each plant in the slide show there will be a picture of the whole plant first and then a pepper from the plant. The peppers are still immature so they are no where near full grown. In order of appearance: Carribean Red Habanero, Chocolate Habanero, Devil's Tongue and the Naga Jolokia. The Naga is an Indian pepper and was recently tested and confirmed to be the World's hottest pepper, testing at around two times the heat of the previous champion, the Red Savina Habanero...I'll be the judge of that!
