Halloween 2009

Wow, it has been a while, much too long. We have to admit to getting a bit sidetracked in the Facebook Universe. But since the little man doesn't have his own page there...yet, we will continue to post stuff about him here.

These are a few photos from Halloween. He actually got quite a bit of candy; I think people where scared that The Count was going to bleed them dry if they didn't fork over the good stuff!

A Little Swimming and BBQ

Over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, we were invited to the Farino's house (Melissa's parents) for swimming and BBQ. As always, they put out an awesome spread and Frank fired up the grill for some burgers, dogs and ribs. It was a great afternoon spent with family.
We also celebrated Kaitlyn's 4th birthday. It was funny though, Seth decided to help Kaitlyn get started on her cake. He put is hand right in it!! Guess we'll have to introduce him silverware soon.

Fireboomers on the Fourth 2009!!

This was actually Seth's second Fourth of July, but the first time he's seen fireworks. Last year he was barely a month old, fast asleep in his crib. Our good friends, Jon and Stacy Stapel joined us for the fesivities at the Brandon Mall. Seth had a front row seat to watch the "fireboomers", and loved it! After the show, we all headed over to The Mellow Mushroom (aka "The Mush"), for a bite. Good times!!

Job Well Done!!

Oh know,..... pulverized!!! We were sooo proud!! That's how you do it on your first birthday!!!!

Seth Turns One Year Old!!!!!!

It was a big day for our little man, and for us. Seth turned one year old on Saturday, June 13th, 2009! Where does the time go? It feels like just yesterday, we were trying to figure out how to get him home from the hospital in his carseat, that at the time , seemed too big.
Seth really enjoyed himself on his first birthday, and we hope all of our family and friends did too. Thankyou to all who were able to join us for this milestone. We know some of you had to travel to make it to the party, and we really appreciate it! Lots of love and thanks to everyone!! Next stop, drivers ed.-------yikes!!!!
Stay tuned for more b-day pics!....

Ready or Not, Here I Come!!

The little man finally did it! He has taken a few steps in the past, but today, for the first time, he actually did what could be considered walking. Check it out. Now if I can teach him how to open the fridge, I will never be without a beer!

Birthday pics are soon to follow, but we had to get this up today.

Working on my pitching, Daddy!

These are the moments we live for.

Seth usually goes out like a light after his night bottle. Brent and I have to take turns on who gets to pick Seth up and carry him to bed. It's the best when he just nozzles his head on your shoulder, fast asleep.....without a care in the world. Gotta love being a mom or dad, especially for these moments!!!

Does this pic look familiar???

The 8 ouncer gets Sethie everytime, this time with Daddy. Aawwwwhhh!!!!

Grandma Connie visits

We had a wedding to attend this month (congrats Jon & Stacy Stapel), so Grandma Connie had the honor of being Seth's first babysitter. They spent the weekend together, went for walks in the strollie, and Seth showed Grandma how to work each and every toy she has sent to him. ( that part took a good 5-6 hours). They both enjoyed the visit, and mom and dad got to spend a night out together and even slept in a little the next morning. Thanks Grandma Connie!!

My how time flies!!!!

Still cute as ever, and such a ham in front of the camera!! Sethie is growing up so fast, he'll be a year old June 13th!!!!!

Our little climber..... next stop Mt. Everest!!!!

Daddy travels for work quite a bit these days, and we miss him bunches when he's away. However, Mommy and Seth always manage to find things to do to keep busy. Check out our little climber in the fridge!!! He's looking for the hot sauce!!!

Passed Out

Normally after lil' man's nighttime bottle, he falls asleep. But with this one, he didn't quite make it all the way through. One of these two needs a shower...guess which one?!?

Hangin' with Grandma and a Beautiful FL Sunset

Dinner at Grandma Susie's is always a fun time.
