Seth Goes Under Cover as Osama bin Todden!!!

Update: Thanks to Uncle Shannon for the hilarious name!

The CIA called the other day in a recruiting effort to plant Seth in the home of a suspected Al-Qaeda operative. I think he has the disguise down pat, but due to his lack of linguistic skills, I had to say no.

Seth's First Words Will Be...

Gotta love Grandpa T for trying!

MI Trip

One great thing about having kids, is that it gives you a great excuse to spend more time with the family. Stacy recently spent a week with her parents, and I joined them for the last couple of days. What a blast!

Me and T hit the links and as usual, he put on a clinic. Larry, Al and Steve were also there. Aside from the great company and a few cold ones, another highlight had to be the 80 year old dinosaur we ran into on one of the holes - freaking hilarious!

I posted a few pics from the trip below, here are a few others.

The Joker

Seth and I were talking the other day about movies when I mentioned that I wanted to check out the new Batman movie. He said he snuck out one night and caught the midnight show. Then he rocked out a his killer impression of the Joker.

Oh, Hell No!

Stacy and I spent a few days in MI recently. I had some business on the west side of the state and headed to the other side afterwards to hang out with the inlaws.

When the cats away, the mice will play. Grandpa T took advantage of the time that I was on the west side and tried to corrupt the little man. Obviously, you can see what Seth thinks about MI State. Not shown is the brown stain he later left on the outfit!

Back to the Roost

As much as I would rather not have to travel for work, I do try to make the most of it as I did last week when I had business in Cincinnatti. I arrived a day early and headed north to see family in Wakeman. Here I am with Aunt Sue and Uncle Fred who are always up for a chat. The slideshow contains pictures of my Grandparents farm - the shingles on the barn used to proudly display the Todd family name. Other than that being changed by the new owners, it does look as I always remembered it.

I did stop at a produce stand on the way up and picked up a dozen ears of Ohio sweet corn. I don't know what makes Ohio sweet corn so good, but it is the best!

Watching TV and All Smiles

Not much was going on here, but he's definitely starting to look like a little boy and less like a baby. He's bee making lots of noises this week and sticking his tongue out like he's trying to talk. We can't wait until we can finally find out what's going on in that little head of his.

Woof! Woof! Woof!

Thanks to Auntie Melissa, Seth was able to properly gear up for start of the Browns season. I told him the Browns were going to win the Superbowl this year, and as you can see from the picture, he was pretty excited. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes, we had an overflow situation that gave new meaning to his "Browns" jersey.

Happy 5th Anniversary!!

My oh my, how the time flies. Can't wait to see what the next 5 hold. Here's a pic of the youngins on our honeymoon on the way out the door to dinner. I'll never forget the couple that sat across from us. The dude had a steak almost every night that I'm pretty sure were raw...he might have been a vampire, I don't know.

Happy Birf!!!

Someone got just a wee bit older this weekend. Momma Todd celebrated the big 3-1! Ouch! Lucky for me, she's still a cutie pie. We took it easy this year, but did manage to go out and put away a few rolls of sushi. Seth slept the entire time. He was so quiet, we got half way home before realizing he was still in the restaurant!

We washed down the rolls with a Publix cake with buttercream icing, mmm... Not sure what she wished for, but hopefully it will come true - she did blow all of the candles out on the first try, with the exception of the trick ones I put on the perimeter.

Seth was able to write on his mom's card. I put a pen in his kung-fu grip and moved the card around. You can kind of see it in the last pic - his is the one on the right.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Love ya, B

Grandma Mimi Swings by to See the Little Man

Grandma Mimi made the journey south to hang out with her newest grandson. Good times were had by all, especially Seth (see below). Thanks again Mimi for stocking our freezer with "eat till you puke cause its that good" macaroni and cheese and spinach pie!

I am also happy to report she managed not to get pulled over by the cops this time!

Sleepy Smiles

Seth has a funny habit of smiling just as he starts to doze off. The video quality of this sucks, but if you can make it out, it's pretty funny. Next time, we'll turn on the lights.

Daddy, Look What I Made You

Seth was so nice the other day, he decided to share some of his breakfast with me. Unfortunately, I had already eaten and had to pass...
